Made by the Toledo Sound Equipment Laboratories, Formally the Bud Speaker Company. I never heard of either of those company's. I know some WE vintage drivers bring crazy money but does anybody even know what these really sound like? Looks like a small exit hole, probably wasn't even a standard for sizes back when these were made.
